When you fill in the brief on the start page, you send us your name, your email, your company, one line about what you do, what you are pitching, your stage, the plan you have in mind, whether the deck needs video, when you need it, and anything else you choose to write. The required fields are the ones we cannot reply without. The rest is optional.

We use it for one thing: to reply with questions, a quote and a start date, and to build the deck if you decide to go ahead. No newsletter, no list, and it is never sold or passed on.

The form on the app page collects one thing, your email, so we can write when the first version of the app opens. Nothing else, no newsletter. How many people are on the list is never shown anywhere.

Both forms send what you type to our inbox through a form service. There is no account, no dashboard and no app behind them. The form service receives your answers in order to pass them on. Its name and its own privacy policy will be listed here once the choice is final.

If the site runs without a form service, the form instead opens your own email app with the brief filled in, and nothing passes through a third party at all.

Your brief, your deck and your numbers stay between us. We never show your deck as a sample without written permission. Your deck and brand files are never collected through the form; we ask for them after our first reply, through a private link set up for you. The decks shown on this site are client work, shown with written permission.

A delivered PitchDock is an unlisted link, blocked from search engines. The Raise plan adds a password. The back office logs the time and rough location of each open and nothing else. There is no tracking pixel and no cookie for the reader.

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. There is no pixel, no chat widget and no embedded social feed. The fonts are bundled with the site, so no font request goes to a third party.

The site is a set of static files on a hosting provider. Like most hosts, the provider may keep standard server logs for a short time. The provider will be named here once confirmed.

We keep your brief while we are talking and while the project runs, and afterwards so we can answer questions about a deck we built. You can ask us to delete it at any time. A fixed retention period is to be confirmed here.

Email hello@pitchdocks.com from the address you used in the brief and say what you want: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We reply within one business day and confirm when it is done.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
