Terms

A PitchDock is your pitch deck built by hand as one HTML document. It moves like slides, opens on any phone or laptop with nothing to download, and carries your brand. You buy it once, per deck. There is no subscription, no seat licence and no per-view fee.

The price is the one on the pricing section when you send the brief, confirmed in the quote we send back. Prices are per deck, one time, in euro, and exclude VAT. The Agency plan is quoted per project. Work starts once you have accepted the quote.

• The deck as one HTML file, with phone and laptop layouts, arrow keys and swipe.
• Your logo, fonts and colours applied.
• A private preview link to swipe through on your phone before delivery.
• A PDF export of the slides.
• Hosting on a pitchdocks link for 3 months, with an extension available.
• On Raise: custom motion, one embedded video, a password-protected link, and your own domain if you have one.
• On Agency: what we agree per project, starting from the list on the pricing section.

The delivery date is confirmed in the quote, counted from a complete brief. Priority delivery is available at a fee that is agreed in the quote before work starts.

Rebuild includes one round of changes before delivery. Raise includes two rounds before delivery, then three small edits in the first week after launch. After that, edits are a small fee, and you have the file to change yourself. The size of that fee is to be confirmed here.

You get the HTML file. You can host it on your own domain, and once it sits there nothing depends on us. We keep no licence on your deck, and we do not show it as a sample without written permission.

You stay responsible for what you supply: your numbers, your brand files and any footage you send.

Hosting on a pitchdocks link is included for 3 months from delivery, and can be extended. The link is unlisted and blocked from search engines. The deck can move to your own domain at any time, and there is no subscription keeping it alive. The price of an extension is to be confirmed here.

Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added on the invoice where it applies. When payment is due, and whether part of the price is paid before work starts, is to be confirmed here.
